I have a US based company that is starting out in software consulting and data entry.
I need a recruiter / sales who has experience in making cold calls and talking to clients in US and forging relationships with HR departments or related departments to get jobs or leads. You should be very good in talking to senior executives, managements and building networks - Act as if. I will tell you the areas that we focus after you are selected. Basically you will need to get jobs by representing my company. If you need to prepare a document to submit to the client showing our expertise, I expect you to create that based on your sales experience and I will help.
You should have done this kind of job before. Please explain thoroughly what you have done in the past.
In a way you will act like our employee. Of course your English has to be extremely-extremely good.
Tell me your hourly rate and keep that to a minimum for starting out if possible as it will be mostly calling. If you are very good and things work out, I might very likely raise your hourly rate to keep you with me.
But I expect results so you much be fast and energetic and very sales oriented.
