This is a Job opening for a reputed company in the position of senior account manager. The position requires you to manage a global list of companies of a portfolio of software companies. This is basically involves managing of global customer management. You have to perform the role of senior global sales in the technology industry, a combination of challenging “big deal” sales and sales management. We might need you to teach others. You might manage not only sales, but also a team of less experienced account managers. You would be doing things like:
• Hiring and firing
• Coaching and management
• Metric reporting
• Process management
Our company requires some qualified professionals with bilingual capability in the languages from French/ German/Finnish/ Italian. If you are resident in Italy you can not apply for the senior account manager-Italian position. You may apply for the other bilingual positions.
Candidates need to be fantastic communicator as well a natural seller. You must be capable of handling angry customers.
The skill on which we will judge you for our position is following:
• You must have skills in communication – in English and French/ German/Finnish/ Italian spoken and written. Experience in sales or customer relations.
• Constructive and tough approach.
• Ability to produce in odd situations.
• Proven ability to prioritize work.
• Good PC skills, including Microsoft Office 2007 or higher and Google Docs.
• High-speed Internet, good headset, and at least 2 GB of RAM.
• Skype with video webcam.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Experience in sales.
