Project Description

I am working on some new real estate forecasting and mapping technology where I have to raise at least $50,000 to fully develop and sell anything. So this research needs to be done in two parts:

Part 1: Determine which companies would spend at least $50,000 for our product. For development, or as a future customer. Keep research to only USA based companies, since or data is only for USA. Then from this list, I need the company contact information and the contact person information.

Part 2: B2B competition analysis. Who else is selling B2B location analytics and real estate local forecasting software. How much do they charge, what products and product features, who buys, estimated number of sales per year, revenues per year, etc. Which products they sell the most, and pricing matrix for products. I know that Case-Shiller has a few forecasting products, one sold at [url removed, login to view] and another more B2B, which they charge hedge funds $6,000+ per year. Who buys this $6,000 service? What specific companies and what are their names?

In your competition analysis also include those companies where we could complement other businesses platforms, has to be B2B, and only with those companies that have cash to invest.

I have had some research already done. See attached Excel. We could sell B2C, but consumers do not have $50,000, so only do B2B research.

Conclusion of research is to list those names and types of companies our technology will disrupt. We will also be pitching to Seed Investors and Venture Capitalists, and VC’s need to know who we are going to disrupt, and upon what basis, price alone is not enough….
