We need a Freelancer to serve as a Senior Account Manager on a part-time basis, who would manage our current account relationships - including Global 1000 companies - on behalf of our portfolio of software companies.
The number one skill you must have is communication – in English and Japanese, spoken and written. Besides that, you need:
Interested freelancers should have the following knowledge and skills:
1. Experience in sales or customer relations
2. Strong writing skills in both English and Japanese (you could write this job description better yourself)
3. Positive and resilient mindset
4. Ability to produce even when things are moving fast and nobody’s telling you what to do
5. Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task
6. Strong relationship-building skills
7. Good PC skills, including Microsoft Office 2007 or higher and Google Docs
8. Quiet work environment (loud children and pets reliably occupied elsewhere), high-speed Internet, good headset, and at least 2 GB of RAM.
9. Skype with video webcam
10. Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
11. Salesforce experience is a plus!
