We need highly talented sales agents (one call closers) and an expert manager/director/lead who can coach our Philippines-based staff on hard-sell sales techniques that don't feel too hard. It has to work. We can have some incentive bonus both for the manager and the staff as well as hourly. Must be able to quickly learn about our market from our existing staff and develop a rapid training program for new staff. Must be able to manage staff so that they are motivated to work, like working, keep working, don't quit or become nonproducitve. OK, some staff can be fired from time to time but we need someone whose goal and skill is that those Great staff won't quit but will be permanent members of the team.
