B2B Introduction letter to retail pet related establishments offering professional services.

My name is Dr. Joe Gladden and I am the CEO of PetCare Express, Inc.; a Veterinary Vaccine and Microchipping company. We seek to establish new business partnerships with targeted, Pet related businesses in the CT, R.I. and the greater NYC area.

The businesses we are interested in approaching will have the following factors in common:

1. The business must be in some way be related directly to the Pet Care/Food/Products Industries including: Pet stores, stores of various types that sell Pet Products and food: Animal Feed stores, Tractor supply stores, Farm stores, Boarding facilities, Dog and Cat Groomers, Grocery stores, Pharmacies, hardware stores, or any store that sells pet food, products etc.)

2. The business must have a retail storefront or some form of brick and mortar establishment that is open during working hours to the public. (No work from homes, or exclusively mobile businesses which do not have an actual business addresses).

3. The business must have either an indoor space for us to set up and operate in, which allows pets access to our short 1-1.5 hour clinics once a month, or they must have off street parking where we can set up operations just out front of the store under our customized, heated event tents.

This job involves writing a first rate, effective B2B offering of professional services. It is meant to be an "invitation" to discuss the potential benefits of adding PetCare Express, Inc. Veterinary Vaccine Service to the store's monthly business event offerings. Our teams of four include: 1. A State Licensed Veterinarian, 2. A team Manager, 3. A Cashier, and 4. A Veterinary Assistant. All are well trained in customer service and are very professional. One of our custom vans will arrive within a certain window of time, and then our uniformed crew will promptly set up at the appointed location (inside the store preferably if it is a store which allows pets on leashes/in carriers inside the store - (most Pet related businesses do allow pets inside) or alternatively, out in front of the store with enough space to set up and operate. We do have all weather event tents that are Easy-Ups and can be set up/taken down in mins. Our teams are fast and efficient, usually setting up and being ready for business within 15 mins. of arrival. PetCare Express, Inc. offers a wide range of dog, cat and ferret vaccines, including Rabies vaccinations, all administered by a State Lic. Veterinarian "on site" while customers shop or have a short wait. PetCare Express, Inc. also sells prescription and non-prescription Pet Care medications such as Heartguard and Comfortis, as well as does some wellness testing: ex. heart worm/fecal/deworming testing with blood samples being collected on site. The service usually takes place once a month at first, with additional clinics being added on an "as needed" basis, depending on the location's volume. These clinics realistically draw 30, 40 sometimes up to 70 pet owners to the host business within the span of 1 hour to 1.5 hours, and they are an asset to the host business and to the community, as the cost of vaccines are much less at one of our clinics than what the local Veterinarian would charge for the same thing. The host business receives immediate compensation in the form of a percentage of every ticket PetCare Express Inc. generates during that clinic, and there are ZERO out of pocket expenses to the store owner to host a clinic for PetCare Express., Inc.
