SALES AGENT
We are now searching for a part time Super Sales Agent profile to join Rolig’s team in our Barcelona offices.
Reporting directly to our Spain Country Manager, the overall mission of our Super Sales Agent will be to detect new sales opportunities that can lead to business opportunities. The ideal candidate calls for a good teamplayer, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proven sales experience and with a good English, Spanish and Catalan level that would like to form part of a commited and creative team full of energy.
The main accountabilities for our Super Sales Agent position are:
- Source new sales opportunities through lead follow-up, cold calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Close sales and achieve weekly quotas
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand a database of prospects
- Build pipeline and close deals

- Proven inside sales experience
- Strong customer orientation
- Responsible and committed personality
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day
- Proficient with technology
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English, Spanish and Catalan
- Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
- Ability to work with little supervision and plan and organize his/her own activity.
- Results oriented with a “can do” attitude
- Willing to form part of a growing and enthusiastic team
