We are looking for a smart, driven and talented marketing agent with a basic knowledge of the market and mechanics of London’s real estate.
Essential Skills required:
Good work ethic and high energy levels
Team-player attitude and self-motivation
Ability to generate quality leads, follow these up and aim for high conversion rates.
Ability to ensuring that all instructions are presented to the highest standard
Proactive management, maintenance and development of relationships with tenants.
Great communication skills
Main responsibilities:
Advertise our properties
Register and manage applicants
Present the conditions and services
Close deals
Respond to queries via e-mail and telephone
Develop relationships and work closely with clients
Offer a first class level of customer service at all times

The job is commission-only based, therefore you will be paid only for finalised bookings. Commission is depending on the clients' length of stay, up to £80 per client.
