Looking for advanced experienced Email Marketing administrator in configuring our Postfix SMTP server for email marketing newsletters and configure the best delivery options to avoid getting blacklisted with major mail servers (yahoo, gmail, hotmail, etc).
We have a VPS Server with Fedora 17 installed, used to send a large list of email newsletters.
Apply the best configuration options for email delivery of [url removed, login to view] emails per day, we will probably be using Interspire Email Marketer (IEM) on this server. If you know of a better email marketing software let us know your opinion.
So the job includes configuring POSTFIX to accept email delivery from other locations (relay). Enabling a list of permitted IP addresses to relay. Enable to send email through ports 25 and 26 also. Configuring Dovecot to receive replies and bounces so we can process them on IEM. Installing and configuring IEM
Check and adjust: configuration of mailserver, SPF, domain keys DKIM
Since we host the DNS zones in another server, you must provide us with the information to do what is needed regarding this.
We have a [url removed, login to view] “hotmail only” email list that we would like to confirm with double opt in who wants to continue to receive email newsletters to avoid any spam problem or blocking. So if we need any extra support in making this work, also provide an hourly rate just in case.
Previous good feedback will be considered
