Setup my new server Redmine + nginx + ISPConfig

i'm about to move my entire environment to some cloud based solution.
Now I use PHP, MySQL, Redmine, Mercurial (with redmine integration), ISPConfig and Apache. All works fine at the mment on my another Ubuntu server 11.
I decided to get rid of Apache and keep all stuff rolling on nginx. I cannot just migrate everything as my new server is different to old one so the job is to establish a nginx server, mysql, Redmine 2.x (running as passenger(!), not as webrick) on a subdomain eg. [url removed, login to view], Mercurial (+ integrate it with Redmine) and ISPConfig so i could manage websites, subdomains and so on. I'm using Ubuntu at the moment but can switch after motivated discuss. I will also ask you to assist me rsyncing files from old server but originally will do that by myself.
