eBay Listing Template

Most importantly, I need someone to walk me through step-by-step how to use this template for ebay listing(especially eBay Turbo Lister.) I assume auction title, description, pictures would be entered with ease through ebay and fill in the template AUTOMATICALLY! My pictures will be stored in a separate hosting account and I am not using any other listing mgmt system(e.g. marketworks(formerly auctionworks, etc.)
Please please I am not looking for a regular template, but a nicely coded eBay listing template. Thanks for your bid and please experience coders only.
