Server script Configuration + PHP

Hello We have a problem on a server. You will receive root access to the server to fix it, be careful since there are additional live sites on that server. Problem: PHP does not have the rights to execute " exec("ffmpeg -i ./[login to view URL] -f new file.new"); "command on the server. ( That's why script is not converting video.) Solution: ffmpeg,ffmpeh-php, lame, flvtool professional that will install these on the linux server and make a php script for video conversion and image frame grab from video. All video conversion will be in .flv format from avi, mpg, wmv, mpeg, 3gp etc.... This is a very simple job for an experienced admin, and a nightmare for a novice.
