Help-desk type system where complaints from Clients are lodged to an email address. Immediately turned into a ticket. A person logs in to assign the ticket to a staff member. Ability to have attachment with the complaint, or update-able later. Tickets can be commented on, updated, and resolved. Email notifications for all people involved (staff and client).
The client needs to be able to log in and see all complaints for his area. He needs to be able to upload files, or make comments to tickets, and see the history of the complaint (like a blog).
The client's manager needs to be able to log in and see the client company's complaints, for all areas.
This is just a single site connected with a new Sharepoint Intranet.
