We would like some expert assistance in polishing up our Service Desk system as soon as we can as the business needs to use it shortly. We implemented SCSM 2012 and we would appreciate assistance in the following issues:-

• general cosmetics of our Self Service Portal

• add the Password Self Service Screen on the Portal

• add Change Requests and Service and all to the portal

• make the portal page fit into a single display especially on the HP4530s laptops

• Reconfigure Escalation paths – i.e. automatic escalations

• Create connectors to SCCM and SCOM

• Email notifications – to the user (request owner) and the tech/support person responsible

• Publish SCSM in SharePoint

• Permissions to be granted for IT Support Console – is it possible to grey out ADMIN
