Project Description

We are a strategic marketing firm that does custom development work. Several customers are requesting SharePoint solutions and we are seeking a skilled individual (or small team) that can help us fulfill these projects. We have a number of SharePoint projects. They vary in size, though none are overly complex.

This first project is a workflow project for “Change Forms”.

It is very similar to the demo “expense report” workflow shown on Microsoft’s SharePoint site. (link below)

I’ve attached a PDF describing the workflow. This appears more complex than necessary. Basically you have “creators” of forms, and “approvers” with some rules and reports between them.

Scope of work:

1. Install SharePoint on an MS Server (we have the server and licensed software ready to go)

2. Create InfoPath forms for these “change forms”. We have exact models of what we need with all fields.

a. As shown in the MS expense report demo, the form dynamically adjusts based on which type is selected (termination, transfer, raise, etc)

3. Create basic reports that list open (not yet completed) processes.

4. Be available for questions as we migrate the app to a production server.

We are looking for a rate for the project and a timeframe. We also need an hourly rate for ongoing future changes, should we they be necessary.

Also, since we have a backlog of other projects, we are seeking someone with whom we can we work and communicate.

We are clear on what we want and can promise you good direction and feedback on your work.

Please email me with any questions.

Thank you for your time and interest.
