Opencart Modifications - repost

Job Description:
I have some opencart modifications I would like done. I have the general competence to do them, however I have plenty on my plate. I want someone who will provide assistance in the project.
Candidates must show previous experience with modifying opencart, and also show experience with php, sql and html. Please do not bid if you do not have the requisite experience particularly knowledge about how opencart works and how to modify certain aspects of it. Candidates must also be comfortable speaking English.
I will provide you with broad details of what needs to be modified, the databases, the files etc, but I will expect you to do it competently. I do not want to have to look over code to be sure it is error free and will be correct over different scenarios.
Please bid responsibly and send me PMs with detailed work experience that relates to opencart modifications.
Also, please note, I do not want any initial milestone requests. I will only pay when the freelancer has completed a task, and I will only pay for that particular task completed.
