Project Description


We want an integrated shopping cart, CRM, customer support and accounting (optional) system. We are agnostic about the system or underlying OS. We only have 3 products, but we sell worldwide. The requirements are:

1) one single customer logon for shopping cart, customer support and forums

2) Shopping cart

a) paypal integration

b) thrid party integration for credit card processing, we are open to suggestions for the best provider, but it must have low transaction fees

c) shopping cart should be able to show photo's,descriptions, and buyers feedback

3) CRM

a) show a summary view of customer showing what products have been purchased, and support tickets raised and any forum entries

b) must be able to trigger evebts to send email's and reminders for phone calls - e.g. 2 weeks after purchae it sends a welcome email to customer

c) records can be created by customer e.g. at shopping cart or forum; or from internal staff e.g. for partner contacts who are not customers

4) Support

a) customer created tickets

b) internal created tickets

c) triggers/reminders e.g. if a ticket is unresolved after 2 days an alert is sent to manager

5) accounting integration (optional)

a) ability to post sales to a thrid party web enabled accounting system (we are open to suggestions for this)

b) reorder triggers - when stock gets to a reorder point

6) Content management System

a) ability to easily update website

b) you tube and vimeo integration

c) forum
