I was trying to create a Drupal site for our product. Being new to it I am wasting a lot of time and I need to get it done.
The site serves to purposes, 1. for marketing our product to new customers, 2. a place where current customers can login and view support document pdfs and also see news of the latest activity. Possibly an update blog as well, that describes the latest updates.
The News Documents and Updates will only be available to authenticated users. When a users logs in they should be directed to the News page.
The Documents pages should just be a list of document titles that they can click on to view the pdf. Non authenticated users should not be able to access the documents even if they happen to know the url.
Attached is a graphic of basically how I would like it the site to look. The site should use responsive design so it can automatically adjust to different screen sizes.
The Features and Services Menus should have second level menus so those pages can be access directly from the menu.
Searching the site should be limited based on authenticated or not authenticated users as to what content can be located.
I have a site that I attempted to build that you can reference to see some of what I am trying to accomplish. [url removed, login to view]
It's really pretty much a static site but I need someone to take over and do it right. I am new to Drupal, PHP and CSS, and while I would like to learn it, right I currently don't have the time.
