I have created a skyline façade light scheme in Photoshop (small size preview attached). It is a very high resolution panorama in photoshop, and the light effects of each building are all in individual layers.
Now I need two short movie clips:
1 - approx. 1 minute
Presentation and comparison of before and after.
Just the two photos (light and dark) to compare the before and after of installing facade lighting. The camera would pan across different parts of the skyline starting with the dark version and boring or dull music. Then a light effect would strike (like sparks) igniting the skyline starting to show the bright version of the same picture crop with more epic music. Then back again to another part of the skyline, again dark with dull music, and again ignition to bright. Do this a few times at different crops and finally zoom out to show the entire skyline on the screen at once. This job is first priority and needs to be completed first.
2 - approx. 3:30 min
Animation of individual buildings orchestrated to music (Queen, who wants to live forever). Individual buildings, or groups of buildings, would represent notes (or tone pitches). So you would need to identify roughly the music notes played in the song, and have the tower's lights fade in and out dancing to the music. It is a rather slow song, so shouldn't be too hard considering your guitar player background.
The camera would often zoom in to show groups of few buildings, and sometimes the entire skyline. This is the more time consuming and much harder job out of the two. We would discuss more in detail during the project, either via email, chat or Skype.
Are you interested, and if yes would this fit into your work schedule? I'd like to move quite quickly and intensively on this.
