Upload Certificate II in business and brand my Moodle site

I have a Moodle system installed and running on my windows server, with few courses briefly described and students’ accounts created as an unorganised trial. I need someone to do the following as part of the project: 1. Setup my Moodle site professionally with good graphic appearance (customize and brand the Moodle site). 2. Upload 12 units of Certificate II in Business which we already have developed as eLearning content on word files and embed the units into our Moodle site to make interactive assessments and activities. Each unit has one assessment and between 1 to 2 activities booklets. 3. Create a system that will communicate the results of students attending these units with our existing student learning management system. 4. An easy system in how to enrol students into the course Upon successful completion we will continue with similar projects for Certificate III, IV, Diploma and Advance Diploma in Business and Management, Cert IV and Diploma of Project Management. You should be familiar with eLearning, Moodle, content and learning management systems, design and online learning. Once project is finished, I have similar projects for Certificate III, IV and Diploma in business Looking forward to working with you.
