Your responsibilities:

- Evaluate, troubleshoot, and respond to customer inquiries via email on all business days using Gmail and OsTicket

- Make any changes needed to orders and assist customers with order related questions

- Social Media management just for customer service inquiries (facebook and twitter)

Your qualifications:

- Must be available on USA business days

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, including proper spelling and grammar

- Someone who does their job efficiently, independently, consistently, with high attention to detail

- Previous experience in customer service is preferred

- Previous experience with Osticket is preferred

- References or an established reputation on Freelancer
