Closely assist Managing Director in prioritizing, scheduling and coordinating both business and personal affairs.
Independently handle client enquiries including telephone calls, emails, in-coming and out-going correspondences in a professional manner.
Prepare appropriate meeting documentations and presentation materials.
Assist in organizing major corporate, PR and social events and assisting Managing Director in participation.
Well interpersonal and communication skills; experiences in dealing with people as well as external contacts.
1 year relevant working experience (Worked in Media/Public Relations/Marketing/Entertainment)
Determination to develop in company secretarial field. Self-motivated, well-organized and detail-minded.
Good command of spoken and written French, English. Fluent Cantonese and Mandarin is optional.
