We've been in the Flooring, Remodeling & Window Treatment business for over 25 years.
We are looking for a professional virtual assistant, preferably a female.
Job requirements include:
1) Proper English skills – speaking, reading and writing.
2) Technological skills – Including but not limited to email, websites, social networking sites (facebook, twitter), webchat, paypal, google voice etc.
3) Must be honest, reliable and versatile.
Our ideal candidate is:
1) A quick learner and a hard worker who is dedicated & driven to succeed and grow with our company.
2) Customer-service oriented with strong prospecting & closing skills.
Job Activities will include, but are not limited to:
Emailing people on our behalf
Calling people on our behalf
Buying things online
Thank you letters or emails to clients and friends.
Scheduling and controlling our business and personal calendar
Tracking things down
Do a little bit of everything.
Learn new things
Have pen and paper to write things and send to me through email/cam.
Data Entry (for investments)
Holding yourself accountable for your task and goals
Keep you motivated
Posting online or paper ads and setting up meetings
Accounting for all expenses – business and personal
Screening of employees and/or independent contractors
Writing/researching any miscellaneous info- for ex. scholarships/grants
Screen sharing- so that we can monitor you during working hours
Access to your virtual assistant accounts to monitor your work, such as your length of calls, what emails you sent and received & much more.
We will create a set schedule for you with set hours and flexible hours.
We will begin with 5 hours a week, with a set schedule. We will observe the quality of work, the efficiency and speed and the completion of tasks that are given. After this trial period, if we are pleased, the hours will continue to increase within a very short amount of time. Ideally, you will be up to 40 hours per week, and it could be even more.
Compensation includes salary that could range from $2 - $5 per hour, depending on the candidate & the quality of work provided.
There will also be an opportunity to gain more hours. The ability to gain more hours depends on the candidate. If the candidate proves to be a great asset to the company, he/she will be rewarded with more hours.
