Need Help Verifying Paypal Account

I have a paypal account which i would like to verify via bank account. I would like someone to buy a virtual bank account and send me the information for paypal verification. Costs for the vba purchase will be included in the price so dont ask me to pay you for the actual bank account they usually run around $20 dollars via paypal. If you have a verified bank account already i would be willing to pay extra for being the exclusive owner of the account (Message me if so).
