To Whom It May Concern :)
I need an experienced SMM specialist to work with me and organise a environmental non-profit's social media strategy. They have operated to date in a dis-organised fashion with several different people using different tools. I am helping this organisation to re-organise it but I really don't have a lot of spare time from my real job so I am going to work with someone over the next few months to get it organised. I have just returned from 12 Yrs in Asia so please quote reasonable prices and work rates and we will do well. I use Odesk alot in my current position as SMM Manager but this job is posted outside of my professional position.
The right candicate(s) will need have an excellent portfolio. I would prefer to deal with an individual rather than an agency. I prefer someone that has a reasonable amount of free time so that I don't have to wait in line while other jobs get done. I want this to be done quite quickly so there will be a lot of work over the next month or so and then continued maintenance work.
Excellent communication skills in English is essential, an excellent internet connection that allows for Skype calls (don't waste my time if you work out of an internet cafe or cannot get a clear line pls as I AM NOT GOING TO TYPE OUT EVERY INSTRUCTIONS FOR EVERY JOB).
We have 2 Facebook pages that need to be combined.
We want to organise HootSuite so it can send out updates.
Google+ and related tools needs to be organised and set up.
Including setting up YouTube Channel with 30+ videos in 5 categories and following at least 15 channels.
Google Maps/Google Places for the office listing and for the listing of 20 key environmental sites in the region.
Twitter set up and linked in HootSuite and with 15 Followings.
MailChimp with HootSuite and Facebook (possibly)
Pinterest set up an account. Fill out the profile. Add about 25 boards, with 300 images, a a description and organised.
RSS Feeds into HootSuite and Facebook (possibly).

After looking at candidates I will contact for a short skype chat, then send through one job, Once complete I will either than select a single candidate or work with two if suitable. Jobs will be created in a rapid series, but not in one big pile, as I have to sort through the task one by one as we make progress together. A passion for the environment would also help :)
