Newsletter Site with Bidding system for Advertisers

Make a website that is a newsletter system Newsletters are send out twice a week Users sign up, provide their e-mail, fill out form to provide info like sex, age, City, State/Province, Country, Interests...etc.. Each week the system randomly draws 5% of the subscribers to share a portion of the profits made from the advertisers and they have 48 hours to click and claim their money, will be then send to them from paypal. If user does not click and claim their prize within 48 hours of the newsletter send they will not get their share of the profit and the company will keep it Set up referral system for users to invite other users to join the newsletter get a portion of the prize money if their friends get chosen as 1 of the 5% of subscribers each week Advertisers can then target who they want to advertise to. They can select sex, age, city, interest....etc... We will then show how many of the user's on our database fit in the selected target market and a suggested bid to be shown on the newsletter. Advertisers bid per newsletter to be shown (not ppc). Advertisers can also set limit on how much they spend per newsletter release. Each newsletter will show a max of 10 advertiser messages for each user. Based on the user's info/location/interest they could get a different newsletter based on which advertisers bid on them based on the information. With the highest bidding advertiser on the top and lower bid ads will show lower. Auto bill the advertiser's through paypal based on the amount they spend on the last newsletter that was send out.
