Simple Android App in Eclipse 3 forms

Need a simple 3 screen app. Must be done and code supplied for Eclipse.
Only for 7 inch landscape mode android tablet. OS 4.0 or higher.
Screen 1 :
Display on app load.
Background of screen to be a jpg image from disk. Location can be hard coded. Stretch to fit app screen.
4 buttons + 1 text box / text area.
Button 1 ( Settings ) : open screen 2.
Button 2 ( Close App )
Button 3 ( Get Text ) : Connect to IP address ( as set on settings screen ) on local network and get text from the html page returned.
Display the text in the text box.
Assume that the WiFi connection is already established.
Display an error warning if can not connect to the IP address.
Button 4 : show Screen 3
Screen 2 :
Settings screen
2 buttons, 2 captions, 2 text boxes
Button 1 ( Cancel ) : ignore any changes and go back to previous screen.
Button 2 ( Apply ) : Save the settings on the settings screen to a local ( ini ? ) file.
Caption for ' Local Server IP Address '
Text box ( 1 line ) for value of IP address.
Caption for ' Unit Code '
Text box ( 1 line ) for value of Unit Code. ( allow numeric input only )

Make button 3 flash red / grey button background. Switch every 2 seconds.
