looking to establish a cloud based custom business management software using Zoho as the background. We currently acquire vehicles, fix them, and lease them out to prospects. Using Zoho CRM, we'd like to add leads and contacts into the CRM which we know can be done. There's two parts that we would need built ou added at the start. First off we would like a dynamic sheet and checklist built for all the trucks that come in and get inspected. That checklist would be populated once the inspection has been completed and we know what all needs to be fixed. As tasks get completed, they get checked off so we can easily see when they need to go into final inspection. We also need an efficient way of tracking and monitoring our inventory of parts. As a part gets brought in it gets added into inventory. When a technician needs that part he transfers it to that truck. At any point in time we'd like to be able to pull a truck up and see how much money has been invested into that truck. There are other features we'd like to add at a later date.
