We are a small training company that currently use a Filemaker Pro 11 database to track our courses and the learners on them.

We need some additional development to the database. It looks like a lot (below) because I have tried to be as thorough as possbile, but in reality this would probably only be adding additional fields to a couple of tables, creating a table (for payment amounts) and some relationships, and then creating 2 forms to enter the data and 3-8 reports (depending on whether some of the reports are duplicated, but very similar reports or 1 "master report" that can be filtered accordingly).

A specific breakdown of the requirements is the following (this currently tracked seperately on spreadsheets):

Additional functionality and form to track a paperwork audit by course (ie what paperwork has been recieved from each client - a list to "check off" for our administrator and a date to say it has been submitted) ("Events_Guests" already exists to track who attends each course - I would expect this just to be an extension off this table and a form to go with it). I would then like a report by course and a report by tutor to show paperwork outstanding (ie not checked off by the administrator).

Tracking of tutor paperwork by course (to be linked to "Events" which already has rest of the course information, but show up on the form and reports tracking the learner paperwork for the same course or tutor)

Additional functionality to track the financials for each client (this is also tied to "Events_Guests" and who funds each course. This is simply a pre-entered value for start/end/certification of a client, and then a checkbox and date to confirm whether/when this has been invoiced - to be entered manually, it does not need to actually create the invoices.) It would also be very beneficial if it is possible to highlight or report invoices due based on logic of whether the learner has started/completed a course (this is already tracked) and whether their paperwork has been audited (from the form to be created above); as well as the financial value of the invoices due/expected to be due and the financial value of invoices already marked as sent and then paid.
