We have a excel sheet for cost savings calculation that I would like turned in to an APP for both PC and Apple. It is very simple and only has 5 variable to enter. The excel sheet is working and simply needs to be made in to an app. I have attached the excel file. The variables to enter are in column E4-E9. I would like this to be prompted first to input these then it gives the display as per the sheet.

I have taken a look at the spreadsheet and could create an applescript front end for the spreadsheet on the Apple Mac and for windows that gives the user an input and displays the results in whatever format you desire.
