We want to have a software that can be used in patient check-in kiosk sitting in the clinic.
Patient can use this kiosk to check in if patient have a appointment(input their name and other personal info or scan barcode to tell doctor they come) or get a queue ticket if patient does not make appointment ,they just want to meet assistant to have a body check or inquire sth.
(patient check in kiosk have two main function: check in for patient with appointment and inqure or do some check for patient without appointment)
When patient with appointment check in,there is no need to print a [url removed, login to view] if paitent without appointement ,they will get a printed queue ticket from the kiosk.
Doctor have a software in their computer that check queue list and call patient with appointment, get statistic report, set doctor and assistant`s info showing on the LED monitor or kiosk.
Assistant also have a similiar software to check queue list and call the patient without appointment as the queue ticket.
There is a LED monitor that shows queue information for patients,if doctor call patient using call software,it will show and speak some words like this in this LED monitor(”XXX, please go to room 6 ”).
We hope that it is possible to set a barcode scanner in the patient check in [url removed, login to view] the patient do not need to input their personal info manually. They can use barcode to scan and kiosk will get their personal info automatically(The barcode are from 3rd party online booking system.)
Please refer to the example of the patient check in kiosk
