I am seeking a ‘Freelancer’ to produce a software programme in Microsoft Access that will bring together pieces of information and send this information via email to a call centre. It will also keep a log of all emails sent so as an ‘update’ request can be made to the call centre. It will not be necessary for information from the call centre to be incorporated (written back) into the software.
• Microsoft Access – split Front End and Back End for small number of users
• Users will input the information into a ‘template'
• Software will be linked to email account so as information can be forwarded to a call centre
• Log will be maintained for records and for ‘follow up’ contact with call centre
• An estimated 16 ‘screens’ will be required to complete all cycles (a number of these ‘screens’ will be similar)
• User interfaces should have a ‘professional appearance’
Quotation will be for software that is fully functional so as I can send ‘service request’ emails. Also include for a ‘desktop’ icon based on the name of the software - ‘LOG a CALL’

Flow diagrams will be sent to a small number of ‘freelancers’ that are most suitably qualified, high reputation score, high completion rate offering a competitive quotation. Please also let me know if you have completed any similar projects.
