Aim of the project:
We are presently able to create an electronic document that is almost identical to any letter which we print and ultimately post. This consistency helps us maintain our corporate identity whether correspondence is emailed or posted using traditional methods. I do however, believe this relatively simple process could be simplified yet further.
To exactly recreate the company’s letterhead and (if the user, (our staff)) requires, a continuation page in Microsoft Word as a template. The template must maintain its properties during a mail merge and give the user the ability to incorporate a variable image based on the user’s credentials, i.e. by use of MS Words ‘IncludePicture’ function to add the users signature.
We must also be able to choose whether to print this static information, (logo etc), or not, as, sometimes we print onto letterhead paper which already contains the necessary information, and on other occasions we create a pdf by use of an word ‘add’. This latter process enables us to email a document almost as if it were a scanned printed letter!

A pdf copy showing the required finished template
All logo and text positioning
Brief layout specs:
The first page will contain the company’s logo and text box containing our address within a header section, and another text box and logo within the footer section.
All continuation pages will contain a page number, centred within the header and only the footer details from the first page.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and possible developer skills to create an ‘add in’ if necessary.
In apply for this project, you must be able to communicate by skpe, have a good understanding of English and of what is required.
