Project Needs:
1. Connecting to a Microcontroller (a Robot) through USB port
2. Sending different movement commands to the robot
3. Collecting Data from received information
4. Saving data in database instantly
5. Receiving live video camera view (from capture card) and showing it in a cadre inside program (with options such as Zoom, Snapshot Picture, Record Video)
6. Instant tilt graph based on received information from Micro-controller
7. Drawing and saving route data (inequality) traveled by robot
8. Calculating width by Image processing (based on two laser points)
9. Displaying diameter of the tube by graph
10. Displaying camera status instantly
11. Generating Full Reports based on selected fields and options
12. A few more simple sections and menus such as Help menu which opens a pdf file etc...

_ Time is very important, please consider, lesser delivery time is important to us
_ We need full source code too
_ Complete debugging is necessary if a bug has been found by us or programmer
_ Programming language is not important (any language is ok as long as it can easily run on Windows XP and higher after compile)
