Entire Online Payment Gateway System

Mainly there are 3 things that needs to be taken care of in building the payment gateway 1) APIs for integrations with merchants 2) hosted payment page 3) merchant administration web application. We can build the 3 above to have a complete control over the entire technology which is relevant to the merchant and customer. You would then have to PCI-certify your solution, and find an acquirer that wants to take you as the gateway and register you with the payment networks.

I have +10 years of experience in Python programming. I am expert in working with different types of API like REST, SOAP, JSON-RPC, ... I have worked with many APIs like Zuora, PayPal ,Salesforce, Bigcommerce, Google, Yahoo, Yandex, Twitter, ... before. So I think, I will have no problem to implement your Payment Gateway and integrate it with any bank API. To be able to trust, I have an interesting suggestion for you! I can make a simple checkout page and integrate it with one of your selected banks api as example without awarding project to me.
