Goodday ksit, I'm a graduate in Software Development from Australia. So I will definitely understand your requirements. I started off on freelancer.com with WordPress so you will not see me talk too much about software. But truly, I was very good at coding and fine-tuning application especially written using VB.Net. Back in uni I would always get 95% for my programming assignments, especially with Object Oriented like Java or VB.Net. I would normally go through the SDLC but if you already have done part of the job, my turn will be to provide cleaner code, nicer GUI, better business logic, safer algorithm and especially ERROR FREE. Why is that ERROR FREE capitalized: Junior or armature coder will just make quick jobs. They forget the 0 division, the empty array, empty objects, NULL, and so on. VB.Net have special Try/Catch phrase that even the most expert programmer should have. This allow the application to handle exceptions and redo the task without a big RED CROSS on the screen saying the application crashed. Also, Code need to be clean. Most people will just make a mess and leave that to others for later use. This is really time consuming because it's not natural English, so many will have to figure out what the code really does before they can fix.
