This requirement is from a swiftly growing architecture company that needs to rationalise the process management between customer requirements and sales, data entry, drafting and design sections and printing / publication departments. Currently our system is based on an internal email system but growth in the size and variety of projects requires a more detailed business process management system to be put in place to facilitate information and process transfer.
The BPM system we require must be able to cater for up to 500 users, although currently only 45-50 operate on our network.
The system should be able to work on both windows and Mac computers, either through our remote access portal or through a direct connection to our company intranet.
The final system should be able to provide pre-designed workflow routing for up to 30 decision and process stages with multiple interim routing decision points.
A further discussion of the company requirements will be required but we are looking for the entire project to come in at under $5,000. Our company has an open software policy and would place preference on software design that adheres to this principle.
