Project Description

Using to the new Facebook Graph API I need the following:

1. User authorizes us to post to their Facebook wall

2. Later, when user is no longer active, we post to that user's wall

3. Wall post includes link to our site, and a thumbnail image of the product we are promoting.

This is an opt-in service, and we must comply with all Facebook TOS and rules.

I'd like to use ooPHP.

I am happy to pay a BONUS for EARLY COMPLETION.

We already have functional Facebook API integration, and have already installed the Facebook PHP-SDK (from Naitik Shah):

We have no problem registering a user via Facebook, or posting to their wall when they are active on our site.

What I need to do is post to the user's wall after they have been away from our website for 7 days. We want to remind them to come back and check us out, but the user may not be logged in anymore.

Please note that "offline_access" has been depreciated, so this will require a new solution. It seems we can renew tokens, but I'm not 100% clear on this and would like someone to assist me.

This is a PHP/MySQL system, and I'm looking to hire someone today. Please review this information and see what you can do.

I want to make sure I am 100% clear on this issue:

I have used the sample code:

$access_token = $facebook->getAccessToken();
$facebook->api("/1839364987/feed", 'post', array(
'access_token' => $access_token,
'message' => 'Testing API Integration 3',
'link' => '[url removed, login to view]',
'picture' => '[url removed, login to view]',
'name' => 'Sample Product',
'description'=> 'Here is a description.'

This works and posts to the feed.

When I am logged in as "Bob" and try to post to "Alice's" wall based on her Facebook user ID, the post shows up from "Bob". This message should be coming from the website itself. For example, even if no active Facebook user is logged in, we need the ability to keep posting to a given wall.

Is this as simple as storing "Alice's" access_token, so when I post to her I re-use this same token? At what point does the token expire? How do I extend or renew a token?

If you can answer these questions, I will happily pay you for your expertise, but I am not interested in vague promises and spam bids. Thank you.
