Configure a new Alfresco Community installation with a simple workflow

We have a blank server with a new alfresco community edition installed and Activiti open source BPM installed as well. We need someone to create a new content template (receipt) with the following specs i. Vendor ii. Date iii. Amount iv. Taxes v. Class We need someone create a simple configuration with the following: i. Alfresco watches a folder on the filesystem ii. A user may drop a JPG, PNG or PDF into this folder iii. An OCR process runs on that file iv. Move content into a folder called “PENDING FOR PROCESSING” v. META data extractor extracts as much as possible for the new receipt content template (using SMARTFOLDERS) vi. Start a new workflow – assign the newly created content to someone who can manually complete the META data vii. Once complete content should be moved to a new folder called “READY FOR PROCESSING” You will be given RDP access to the alfresco server. In addition to configuring the aforementioned we require a document that includes screenshots of where/how the configuration took place.
