Java code for auto create user with role

Hi,
we have a java application (APP A ) and needs to auto create user when logon
logon is done by external identity repository ( APP B ) : SSO
we want some code writing to get data from this external repository (B) by API and create user with provided role in our application (A)
user will be auto created and connected even he has valid identity in external identity provider (B)
both A and B are open sources and well documented
