I am looking for someone who can create a simple desktop application with the following features:
1. Once the application opens, it will load up a website. The software should use firefox browser support as the website best works in firefox.
2. There will be a function where a customer can minimize the software with a short cut key e.g. CTRL + M. The software will then minimize and form a small icon on the bottom right hand corner of the screen and will alwasy remain on top.
3. Once you click on the icon or hit CTRL + M again it will maximize to full screen
4. The software needs to be made professionally, simple but effective and should work on any windows PC. It should allow all latest browser functionality.
5. Pls bid only if you can do it 100%. It should allow one of the latest versions of browser to work on it. Old version will not work.
6. Pls do not waste time bidding if you are not sure.
