Windows-Linux Shared Folder with Samba
Hi - I need to set-up a windows hosted shared folder with a client linux ubuntu machine, the following conditions must apply:
1. The files in the shared folder must update IMMEDIATELY without needing to the client folder to refresh (I believe this is achieved on with Linux's Samba - note this is NOT achieved with standard mounted shared folders)
2. The shared folder becomes active on machine start-up
3. The files in the shared folder are shared in a reliable, robust and VERY FAST way
