I want to create an invoice where i have
1- search on key field for old records to get the personal data for new invoice;
ID #, DOB, Last name, Vehicle, Vehicle plate #
if record not found i want to add by
2- radio button to capture ID from ID scanner
3-Radio button to capture Picture from security camera
4-Radio button to save the invoice under an account search above
5- radio button to clear the form (should not work until invoice is saved)
Drag down "description of items" from a text file where text file can add and subtract up as per needed
with the option to fill up by Data entry person
Manual entry: Gross Wt., Tare, Rate
Calculate Net Wt = Gross Wt - Tare
Amount = Rate x Net Wt.
Total = total of all Amount
