Our Electronic Screwdriver needs to be captured into a Solidworks format. The product is more than 15 years old and need to be upgraded, but when it was done originally, we did not use 3D CAD and the product was never captured on our CAD. The product has been made and modified for so many years that we never kept a proper documentation ourselves as well as drawings as the tool maker was keeping all this. The tool maker retired a few years ago and we cannot find any documentation about this tooling. It is time to make a more modern tooling and update the product. In the first phase, we need to capture the actual product onto solidworks.
There are 8 small simple plastic parts:
1- Screw Driver Platted Tip (this is the platted metal part which is inserted inside the red see through Red Tip during moulding)
2- Inside Red Front End Holder (LED is inside and lit when dangerous voltage is on the tip)
3- Led Reflector (for the Torch)
4- Main Yellow Body (Hold the pcb sliding rail and battery holding rails)
5- Pocket Clip with Switch Slider
6- Rubber Driver Cover Protection (tip)
7- See Through battery Cover with LED Holder
8- See Through Red Tip front end and platted driver holder
9- The Total Assembly of these parts.
The parts will be send by courier to you .
The project will be made out of 9 small milestones representing the parts above.
The next phases of the project will be awarded to the selected successful applicant who has completed this first phase.
