Need letter head template in microsoft word

I need 2 microsoft word templates made for my company letterhead, I want the template locked except where you type the letter into the page,it should have the following items on it. Logo (attached) phone fax po box web site address this project will have two files that need to be sent over to me One will be for First Team and one for Tag,both will have locked elements except type into area.
