Using a dell LSI2032 controller with an HP Disk Array

Closed

Need some assistance on how to get a somewhat old HP Disk Array working with a Dell LSI2032 SCSI controller card.

It is running from an Ubuntu server. We could use CentOS as well.

We attempted to just add it into the server, but unlike our expectations scanning for physical drives turns nothing up.

If you have some knowledge on the use of disk arrays and controllers for them, please contact me.

We can provide DRAC access (KVMoIP) but need to know that you have a suggested course of action to solve this.

Skills: Linux, System Admin
