Transer to a new domain name being SEO friendly in wordpress theme

I need to move a site ([login to view URL]) to a new domain name and transfer all existing content. It must be done in a SEO friendly way so that existing indexing is preserved when possible. It is a wordpress based site and I will be using the same theme for the new site. The only thing that will change is the domain name. The host will remain BlueHost and there is a cpanel.
Your job will be to transfer the site to the new domain, make sure it works the same (plugins etc) and ensure that everything is done right to preserve existing seo.
