• Taking all the nessecairy steps from initiation of the event to its successful resolving involving ISPs, field technicians, upper level tech- support and so on

• Troubleshooting and updates of AD DC and Customer's Applications

• Troubleshooting via RDP, SSH and Citrix Desktop, on daily basis

• Usage of some network management applications
