Server Transfer to VPS

Hello, I have a Reseller account on Hostgator. I want to move that website from hostgator over to a Godaddy VPS. I have setup the windows VPS with Godaddy now I just need someone to make the transfer. You will be responsible for: a. Backing up the website. b. Setting up the new VPS. c. Making the transfer. d. All other elements such as changing the DNS, porting over the emails, etc. e. Then I will require instructions on what I need to do in house to transfer the email system over so it works for the client. They currently run Thunderbird and use an IMAP in their office. I will need screenshot's of where I need to go to change passwords, ip, etc. I am looking for a true server expert to join my team. We build a lot of websites but none of us have a ton of server experience. Thank you,
