Technical support for Windows environment. 7am to 1 pm Central Standard Time (CST) US, (UTC-6)

Maintaining and deploying desktop hardware & software.

7am to 8am Central Standard Time

Process morning checks on multiple sites to ensure systems are prepared to operate for the day must be complete by 7am to 8am Central Standard Time (UTC-6) Morning checks include ensuringt that virtual machine terminal servers, domain controllers, applications, are operating for the days work. The test to ensure that applications are operating is that you are able to start an application and the logon window displays. Ensure printers are working, review event logs and re-mediate as necessary. Can automate with spiceworks or other monitoring software.

7am to 1 pm Central Standard Time

General desktop support of users calling in to a help desk.

Required knowledge- TCP/IP, DNS and internet technologies, Windows XP & Windows 7.

Required Education- A+ Certification and/or Associates degree in computer science or related field.
